It pains me to see the number of young kiddies in Dundee, living in poverty and who desperately deserve a better chance in life. We need to show them that we really care by getting on our bikes in the Dundee Cyclathon and raising as much money as possible for the “4 Dundee Primary Kid’s” campaign, targetted at supporting bairns who need help the most.
Let us get on our bikes and join the Dundee Cyclathon on Sunday, 14th September at Camperdown Park. We will be able to put a smile on the faces of those children and give them hope. We have always been good at helping each other out when the chips are down. Come on Dundee, we can do it!
It is fantastic to see the Dundee Cyclathon become an annual tradition in our city with the 21st anniversary being marked this year.
Many Dundonians as well as cyclists from further afield come together in large numbers every year to raise funds for vital causes while showing off the city and area’s selflessness and togetherness.
Thank you to everyone involved in what will no doubt be another very successful Dundee Cyclathon.
I’ve been a fan of the Dundee Cyclathon for years now. It brings people together, gets the heart pumping and most importantly, raises much needed money for children who need it – something close to my heart.
It doesn’t matter what your fitness level – and you can even do it when it suits you. And if you can’t take part physically, donating anything you can – from a pound to a hundred, makes all the difference. I’ll be cheering on this year’s competitors and hopefully getting involved in some way too. Go Dundee!
